background check (Character Age, Corp History, Employment Logs).

BASIC LEASE TERMS:
\u2022 Weekly Rental Fee: 10% of total [Vessel + Fit] value.

\u2022 Activation Rule: After accepting the contract and buying the required insurance tier,
you MUST send an Eve-Mail confirmation to [13afe] stating the hull is insured.

\u2022 Calendar Tracking: Once confirmed, you will receive an in-game
Calendar invitation marking your exact rental return deadline.

\u2022 Safe Return Policy: Upon successful return of the ship and modules,
your security deposit will be 100% REFUNDED via contract.

\u2022 Hull Loss Policy: In case of ship destruction, the pilot is strictly
obligated to compensate the remaining value percentage to guarantee
a 100% total asset recovery for the corporation.

We reward loyalty and clean flight records. Your successful rental history
directly reduces your required security deposit, unlocks higher asset limits,
and dynamically scales your mandatory insurance tier to cover the remaining asset risk:

2. FOR FULLY FITTED VESSELS (Additional Fitting Rules):
If the vessel is leased with modules, the insurance tier is automatically
forced to PLATINUM if the module value exceeds 30% of the hull price.
*Budget Fits under 30% follow the standard Bare Hull rank tiers above.*

ANTI-FRAUD & BLACKLIST POLICY

Violations of the lease agreement, asset theft, failure to send insurance
mail, or failure to pay the required loss compensation will result in an immediate
and permanent corporate BLACKLIST. Your character data will be forwarded
to all major alliance recruitment offices and mercenary networks.
